That is Just... Just... Wrong...
So, I'm watching CMT, trying to avoid going to the grocery store. They show the world Premiere of Shania Twain's new song, "I Ain't No Quitter."
Well... um... at least there's a fiddle and she's wearing a cowboy hat? There's something vaguely resembling line dancing? That's a fiddle I hear, right? Well... that's about as country as she gets.
One little problem. First, a bit of the lyrics:
Yeah, I'm nitpicking. Shania used to be country ("Whose Boots", "What Made You Say That?", "Any Man of Mine", etc...) I'm not sure what it is she is now... but country just isn't it.

He drinks, he smokes,Um... 'k... sounds like your everyday rodeo man, right? But, then... there are these guys in the video... yeah... the dancin' ones. No self-respecting cowboy would be caught dead doing those moves. Even if they could. (break dancing? back flips?) Cowboys can dance... just ask MamaMontezz or Denita about some of the men they saw boot-scootin' at Billy Bob's... but, they don't do floor spins and somersaults. That ain't right.
