- Boris Yeltsin has passed away. Wow... I thought the pickling would have kept him alive forever.
- Iran says it won't use oil as a weapon. Uh-huh... and we believe Mahmoud... why?

- The headline reads "US had secret plans to attack Israel in 1967." Let's be serious here. We have plans to attack everybody all the time. I'll bet we even have plans to invade Canada.
- Syria is planning for a summer war. Oh, really? Do tell...
- A couple is planning on spending three years at sea without pulling into port. Good luck with that. (I give 'em 6 months.)

- Before the gun ban on campuses, students with guns subdued a gunmen and kept the death toll down.
- Lobbyists want to limit access to guns for those who are mentally ill. (I'm ok with that... to a certain extent. Standard issue depression doesn't mean a person is irrational.)

- After all that Sheryl, you'll probably want something to numb the brain cells. In Germany, thanks to bio-fuels, proper numbing agents will cost more. (Raising the price of beer in order to made bio-diesel isn't going to go well.)
