I'm up way too early this morning, so I thought I'd do a news round-up before we start school. Here we go:

- Another facet of the jailed Border Patrol agents' story. But, no... there was no conspiracy.
- They make it sound like deportation is a bad thing.
- Another case of discrimination to avoid offending the Religion of Peace.
- I'll bet none of them had their IDs checked.
- Amnesty International ruffled some feathers by equating abortion with human rights.
- Our first "well, duh" of the morning- The GOP should focus on conservative issues? Who knew?
- Our next "well, duh"- Hillary's schmoozing with celebs at Martha's Vineyard. I never would have guessed.
- Barak Obama names Republicans who need to be tossed out of office.
- Why does the combination of Geoffrey Fieger, John Edwards, and illegal contributions not surprise me in the least?
- David Boston pulls a Tony.
- A Razorback is suspended.
- Wade gets 20 years for murder.
- Vols' Coker is rejoining the team after a suspension. (No reason for the suspension given, but... it sounds... similar to his name, ya know??)
- Michael Vick enters a guilty plea today. On the first set of charges. Wonder how he'll look in neon orange...
- Rock snot? Well... ew... but well named.
- Neophobia is inherited. Uh-huh. Sure. For some kids, it's also a lack of imagination on the part of the parents.
- Scientists found the location of all of the lost stuff in the universe. Right?
- Some people have a lot of time and/or money on their hands.
- Owen Wilson is in the hospital.
- You know... I'd be ok with airlines selling ad space on planes if it would cut airfare a bit.
- This is a case of really bad timing.
- Yikes! This dingbat is giving OU fans a bad name.

- Why do I get the feeling that Alfie's going to grow up to be stubborn and/or perpetually early?
