They Are Morons
The DoJ, that is. (A link to the brief is at the top of the page.) Many of you may know that a lower circuit court has overturned the DC gun ban, and it's going before the appellate court. The US DoJ, in the name of Solicitor General, has issued an amicus brief- in favor of DC.
Mr. Clement, which part of "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed" do you not understand?
