Here's a Guess
If I were a betting woman, I'd wager that President Calderon is a liberal.
Why would I say that? Because he obviously believes that rules are meant for other people, but not for him (or, in this case, for other countries' citizens, but not Mexico's). Or maybe he doesn't actually think the Mexicans who cross into the US are actually leaving the country.
Either way, he screams liberal to me.
